Through years of experience working with children, I deeply understand the challenges and complexities that are associated with parenting and family cohesion.
I support families in assessing root causes for family conflict and challenging parent-child relationships.
Sessions: $170.00/session
Limited sliding scale slots available starting at $90/session
Couples Therapy Sessions
Partnership, like life itself, is a journey filled with highs and lows. Often, these low points in relationship can feel endless with no hope in sight. This could be because of ineffective communication, longstanding unpleasant patterns, life transitions or a combination of all three. Together, we can problem solve ways to provide more ease and emotional safety within your relationship through evidenced-based Emotiona-focused Therapy (EFT) interventions to gently support shifting communication pathways in the relationship.
Couples sessions are 60 minutes in length and are $140.00/session. There are limited sliding scale slots available starting at $80.00/session.
