Rachel Baker (she/her), MS, NCC, LPC

When collaborating together in counseling, I will help you search for the parts of yourself that hold immense beauty and power, while also holding space for the parts of you that are suffering.

I have provided school counseling services to children and families in public and public charter school settings. Additionally, I was a counselor at Portland State University’s Community Counseling Clinic for individual adults and was a psychotherapist at Portland Mental Health and Wellness for children and adults.

My education includes a Bachelors in Journalism from University of Oregon and a Masters in Counselor Education from Portland State University. Major coursework includes,  group therapy and process, theories and practices of counseling, assessment and diagnosis, family and couples counseling, expressive therapies, practicum and internship. 

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) of the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, I abide by its Code of Ethics.


Licensing and Certifications

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Additionally, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) meaning I am lawfully and ethically able to provide therapeutic services to adults, children, couples and families.
